Welcome to Battle AI ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application Battle AI (the "App") on iOS and Android devices.
By downloading or using Battle AI, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect the following categories of information:

We do not collect your name, email address, physical location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal information.

Battle AI is free to play and is supported by advertising. Ads may be personalized based on your device identifiers and usage patterns by our advertising partners (Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX).
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the App — you will still see non-personalized ads.
We display the following ad formats: banner ads during gameplay, interstitial ads between games, and rewarded video ads when you choose to watch one in exchange for a gameplay hint.
Battle AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used Battle AI in a way that provided personal information, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will take steps to remove that information.
If you are located in the European Union, the minimum age is 16 unless the laws of your country specify a lower age of digital consent.
Battle AI stores your game preferences and high scores locally on your device only using AsyncStorage. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
Data collected by third-party advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own data retention policies (linked in Section 3 above).
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Since Battle AI does not collect personal data on our own servers, most personal data subject to these rights is held by our third-party advertising partners. You may exercise your rights directly with those partners using the links in Section 3, or contact us and we will assist you.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App and your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device software up to date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice within the App.
Your continued use of Battle AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
